If you run a clothing store, then you have the option of either purchasing regular display racks or retail display tables to showcase your clothing to potential customers. If you do decide to buy a table to display merchandise to potential customer then there are some things that you need to consider before making a purchase. It is not just as simple as buying some tables and calling it a day. For example, you have to consider things like whether you want a mobile table or not, how many layers you want, and what shape you want.
Mobility
The first thing you should consider is whether you want a mobile table or not. Some tables come with wheels on the bottom to make them very easy to move around the store. There are also tables that are very small and easy to lift, which also makes it very easy to move them around. Ultimately, whether you want a mobile table or not depends entirely on what you plan on using it for. If you plan on keeping the table in one part of the store and only plan on using it to display a certain kind of item, like folded t-shirts, then there is no real reason to get a table that is easy to move around. If on the other hand, you plan on using the table all over the store, then going with a table that can be moved easily is a good idea.
Number of layers
The next thing you need to consider when buying retail display tables is how many layers you want. Much like with the above point, how many layers you need is generally determined by what you plan on doing with the table. You can get tables with only 1 layer, you can get them with 2, or you can get them with 3. If you only plan on using the display table to showcase some small, add-on items like socks or items that are on sale, then you should just go with a small, 1-layer table. If, however, you plan on making major use of the display table, then go for one of the bigger tables that have multiple layers. Remember, the display tables with more layers cost more, so only spring for one if you plan on using it.
The shape of the table
Many of the retail display tables that you will find out there come in standard shapes like circles or rectangles. But, there are also other, differently shaped tables out there that you can buy. While getting different shaped tables can be an interesting way of changing the look of your store, keep in mind that they can be harder to fit into your store layout.
